YEAH!!!!
We were finally able to get to the vet for Ripley's follow up appointment. We did try before but they rescheduled us for this morning because the English speaking vet wasn't working that day. So Ripley got in and had not 1, not 2, but 3 x-rays of her belly and I am happy to report that there are no visible bladder stones.
YEAH!!!
The vet kept stressing that just because we couldn't see any didn't mean they weren't there, so we really did need to keep her on the very expensive "prescription" diet.
Okay, now for a little word problem. What is the total cost of our latest Ripley misadventure. The value of one bag of the prescription dog food is 44€, she'll need approximately 4 bags to get her through her two month run. Now add in the two doctors appointments including labs, medication, and x-rays at 130€ and with the current exchange rate what is the total in dollars?
Pretty price.
Let's just say Ripley's lucky we love her!!

I'm so glad she doesn't have stones showing up! I hope she is acting back to normal--bless her heart--sweet little dog.
